Built on years of playing, coaching, and developing athletes across Northeast Pennsylvania, our volleyball foundation runs deep. From youth development to elite competition, we’re committed to building disciplined, confident players who love the game.

Through Empower Sports and Endless Momentum, we’ve helped shape collegiate athletes, national competitors, and players stepping onto the court for the very first time.

Volleyball Programs At Empower Sports

Empower Sports offers year-round volleyball opportunities for both youth and adult athletes at every level of play. Our programs are designed to help athletes build skills, gain experience, and stay connected to the game of volleyball.

Youth & Adult Volleyball Leagues

Our volleyball leagues offer structured, competitive play in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment. With options for youth, women, men, and coed players, athletes can put their skills into action, gain valuable game experience, and enjoy consistent opportunities to compete.

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of league formats, including seasonal recreational leagues, quads, doubles, and more, with new opportunities added as we continue to grow our volleyball community.

Youth Rec Volleyball League | August 2026

Youth Rec Volleyball League

Our Youth Recreation League is for boys and girls ages 10–16 looking to learn, compete, and have fun in a positive, welcoming environment.

Dates: August 31st – October 23rd | Boys & Girls Ages 10-16.
Day/Time: 1 practice & 1 match per week | Schedule will be announced after teams are formed
Price: $75 per player | $400 per team

Women's League | September 2026

Women’s Fall Volleyball League

Join Empower Sports this fall for our Women’s Volleyball League! Whether you’re looking to stay competitive, have fun with friends, or meet new players, our league offers weekly matches in a welcoming and competitive atmosphere.

Dates: September 10 – October 29
Days: Wednesdays & Thursdays
Game Times: 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM & 8:00 PM
Eligibility: Women Ages 18+
Price: $35 per player | $180 per team (6 players)

Boy's League | September 2026

Boys Fall Volleyball League

Keep competing this fall with Empower Sports! Our Boys Volleyball League is open to high school and college players looking for consistent weekly competition, quality reps, and a competitive environment.

Dates: September 15 – October 27
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Eligibility: High School & College
Price: $30 per player | $150 per team of 6

Volleyball Camps

Our volleyball camps are built to develop skills, confidence, and a love for the game in a fun, high-energy environment. With programs offered year-round and expanded opportunities in the summer, there’s something for every level of athlete.

This summer (2026), we’re featuring our All Skills Camp for elementary through middle school players, along with NEPA SELECT 60—an elite, invite-only camp for high school athletes, bringing together top talent from across the region for high-level training and exposure.

Youth All Sports Camp | Summer 2026

All Sports Youth Day Camp

The perfect camp for young athletes ready to learn, grow, and have fun! Designed for boys and girls ages 5–13, this camp introduces the fundamentals of Volleyball, Tennis, Pickleball, & More in a positive, high-energy environment where kids can build confidence as they learn the game and make new friends.

Dates: Weekly sessions throughout the Summer | Boys & Girls Ages 13-18.
Day/Time: Monday – Thursday 9:00AM – 12:00PM
Price: $155 per session – includes camp T-shirt

Adult Open Gyms

Get extra touches, stay active, and play alongside athletes from around the area during Empower Sports Volleyball Open Gym. Whether you’re preparing for your season or just looking for competitive play, everyone is welcome!

Our volleyball clinics are designed for athletes looking to get extra reps and focused training on specific skills. From serving and setting to defense and more, these sessions help players sharpen their technique and build confidence on the court.

Endless Momentum Volleyball Club

Endless Momentum Volleyball Club is Empower Sports’ elite youth volleyball program for boys and girls ages 8–18. This nationally recognized program has produced championship teams and collegiate athletes competing at the highest levels, including Division I programs.
