Our Clinics at Empower Sports are designed to help athletes of all ages build skills, gain confidence, and elevate their game in a focused, high-energy training environment. Led by our exceptional coaching staff, each clinic delivers some of the best training and instruction available for developing athletes.
Whether athletes are refining fundamentals or mastering advanced techniques, our clinics provide expert coaching, structured instruction, and high-quality reps that help players improve with confidence on and off the court.

Our facility is designed to support both athletic development and community connection.
A focused, skill-specific training series designed to help athletes develop and master every aspect of the game. Each clinic targets a single core skill—serving, passing, setting, attacking, defense, and more—allowing players to break down technique, build confidence, and improve through intentional, high-repetition training. Athletes can attend individual sessions based on their needs or participate throughout the week to build a complete, well-rounded game.

- 4:30 - 6:00 PM OR 6:00 - 7:30 PM

- $100 per clinic (for full month)
- Targeted, high-repetition training focused on one skill per session—helping athletes quickly improve technique, build confidence, and master the fundamentals.

An introductory course into the technical and tactical skills of the game of Volleyball. Athletes will learn how to pass, set, attack, serve, block, and play defense. The session will conclude with athletes playing their own volleyball game
