At Empower Sports, our programs are designed to help players of all ages learn, improve, and enjoy the game in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Whether you’re introducing your child to a new sport, helping a young athlete build confidence, or stepping onto the court yourself, our focus is on skill development, teamwork, and creating a positive experience for every player.

Youth volleyball
League information
A fun, structured introduction to volleyball for boys and girls ages 8 and up.
Our Youth Rec Volleyball League is designed for kids who want to learn the game, make friends, and enjoy being part of a team in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
- Seasons held throughout the year, 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off (Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall)
- Co-ed league for boys & girls ages 8+
- All skill levels welcome — no tryouts required
- Parent volunteer coach supported by experienced coaching staff
- Emphasis on learning the game, teamwork, and confidence
Youth Rec league details
Spring 2026 volleyball league
As our programs continue to grow, we'll do our best to keep schedules consistent, manageable, and family-friendly.
Each week includes:
- 1 practice (60 minutes)
- 1 match(60 minutes)
Spring 2026 Season Schedule
Practices: Tuesdays or Thursdays
- 5:00–6:00 PM or 6:00–7:00 PM
- Coaches will reach out after teams are formed with your team’s final practice day & time.
Matches: Friday nights
- One match scheduled sometime between 5:00 and 8:00 PM
- Most matches will last about 60 minutes
Final practice times and game windows will be confirmed once teams are assigned.
What will your player need?
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- Athletic or running shoes
- Knee pads (recommended, not required)
- Water bottle

REGistration details
Youth volleyball league
Registration is open for Spring 2026 (season begins March 2, 2026).
Registration deadline: February 23rd 2026.
Choose the option that fits your player best:
Team Registration — $250 per team
- Perfect for friend groups or ready-made teams.
- 6+ players required
- Teams can coordinate and practice together outside of scheduled league time if they’d like
- Great for school groups, friends, or families registering together
Individual Player Registration (Free Agent) — $50 per player
- No team? No problem — we’ll place your player on one.
- Great for first-time players or kids joining solo
- Players will be assigned to a team once registration closes
Both options receive the same league experience, coaching support, games, and access to our indoor facility.
Each team will also need 1-2 parent helper coaches to help toss balls, run drills, and help kids when needed. No volleyball experience is required — our coaching staff will provide direction, drills, and support so you’re never on your own. All helper coaches must submit appropriate clearances.

Empower Sports offers adult volleyball programs designed for players who want to stay active, sharpen their skills, and enjoy the game in a positive, community-driven environment. Whether you’re returning to the court after years away or playing consistently, our leagues and clinics provide the opportunity to compete, improve, and connect with others who share a love for volleyball.
With a focus on skill development, teamwork, and fun, Empower Sports creates a space where adult players can challenge themselves while being part of a supportive local community.

Sunday adult Quads league
Sunday Adult Quads offer fast-paced 4v4 volleyball in a fun, competitive environment. With more touches and quicker play, it’s a great way for intermediate to advanced players to stay active, sharpen their skills, and connect with the local volleyball community.
Registration for Spring 2026 (season begins March 8, 2026).
Registration deadline: March 20th.
